I’m not sure if anyone has put this together yet, but it dawned on me while feeling my energy wane. Some days you’re just “off”. You don’t feel like getting out of bed, eating, dressing or even being nice to anyone around you for that matter.
Is it anything to be worried about? With the raise in depression cases and drugs falling out of trees like fruit, is medication for you?

I think one should seek a natural approach to inner peace before charging off to the pharmacy. Of course there are occasions either temporary or permanent that requires medical attention, it is my hope to encourage you to decide what is right for you.

Let us look a little closer at the comparisons in the teachings of Jesus and Buddha. I find it interesting that the 7 deadly sins are Christian beliefs and reflect great spirituality. I’m not surprised that the Bible acknowledges regulating personal energy and its proper proportion. What is fascinating is that it agrees with eastern philosophies naming the 7 energy centers throughout the physical body.
Word has it that Jesus and Buddha had the same mentor!

7th Chakra is our connection to god or our divine influence:
Sloth is the avoidance of physical or spiritual work.

6th Chakra is the psychic chakra, where we receive the gift of vision through the "3rd eye"
Pride is excessive belief in one's own abilities that interferes with the individual's recognition of the grace of God. It has been called the sin from which all others arise. Pride is also known as Vanity.

5th chakra is our throat chakra and it's theme is how we communication ourselves to others. This is where we speak our truth;
Envy is the desire for others' traits, status, abilities, or situation.

4th Chakra is our heart chakra, a place of unconditional love for us and others;
Anger is manifested in the individual who spurns love and opts instead for fury. It is also known as Wrath.

3rd chakra is in the center of our physical self. It governs our personal power and the way we express our presence and vitality.
Greed is the desire for material wealth or gain, ignoring the realm of the spiritual. It is also called Avarice or Covetousness.

The 2nd chakra is our sexual chakra and the way we self nurture;
Lust is an inordinate craving for the pleasures of the body.

1st chakra is our grounding or survival chakra. Within this chakra lies our ability to self preserve through the instincts of flight or fight.
Gluttony is an inordinate desire to consume more than that which one requires.

I see a direct relationship with the 7 deadly sins to the functions of the 7 Chakras. Now that you’ve acknowledge this, does it seem possible that what I previously mentioned is true? The world is smaller than we think and Jesus had the same information as Buddha?

It is my belief that we’ve have demigods sent to us who speak with us to give us guidance. Each of our cultures has specific beliefs pertinent to our geographic surroundings, colors and images.
But I see no separation in the basic content of moral standard. God is God is God.
Our bodies are the expression of God. The word and love of God is intended to flow through us, through these beautiful energy centers called Chakras.

It is not a sin to be off your game. It is a sin to be stuck within a lesson of a chakra and make it your identity. With plenty of information to read and educate one’s self, you will find solace in the words laid out before you. The words of Buddha and Jesus are guiding lights within the unlit corners of our souls.

If you are stuck within your own life story, getting unstuck requires the courage to write yourself another story. You have free will to choose to learn from life’s lessons and embrace your birth right or continue to accept your limitations and suffer from an underdeveloped life.
I hope you choose to be a blessing to the ones you love and those who love you.
May you find the answers you seek.
