Has your thyroid and adrenal disease been missed or mistreated? There are an estimated 60,000,000+ people today with undiagnosed hypothyroidism. Use this hypothyroidism questionnaire to determine if your thyroid and/or adrenal glands are underperforming.
In the last 2 articles, we covered 11 major thyroid and adrenal disease testing methods that would let you ascertain if you have thyroid or adrenal issues. Some of these tests would give you helpful information concerning the status of your overall health regardless of whether it was thyroid or adrenal in nature. So there would be some value in doing these tests regardless.
However, before deciding if you even need to conduct such tests, you can first use this thyroid and adrenal questionnaire to determine if you actually do have thyroid problems or adrenal problems, and if pursuing the thyroid tests listed in the last 2 articles is warranted. Here is the thyroid adrenal questionnaire - please print this out, and place a checkmark by each positive response.

How did you do? Less than 3 or 4, you are probably fine in the thyroid adrenal area, but if you scored positive on 5 to 9, you probably have some moderate thyroid issues. If you scored 10 or higher, your thyroid and adrenals could definitely use some attention. The prevalence of things that are toxic to your thyroid and adrenal glands and the nutritional deficiencies in most people’s diets is overwhelming - hence the huge number of undiagnosed persons walking around with hypothyroidism that could help themselves feel much better through prudent action.
One tip is to immediately cut back on anything bad for your thyroid like soy or excessive fish, and see if you feel better in a week or two. Another is to add a tablespoon or two of coconut oil, which is good for your thyroid, to your daily routine.
