1. Walk-One of the easiest forms of exercise is walking; most of us do it every day. I walk 5 to 6 days a week for 30 minutes and I have notice a significant change in my sleeping, energy level, and all around mental health. Walk for 30 minutes a day, 3 to 4 times a week and you will notice a big difference as well. I think walking is one of the most important anti-aging solutions out there and it doesn’t cost a cent.

2. Meditate- If you have not tried this you properly have misconceptions about meditation. Let me put your fears to rest; it is not as hard as you think it is! The simplest form of meditation is just taking 15 minutes a day to sit, relax, and let go. There are so many ways to meditate, I guarantee you there is a way that is perfect for you.

3. Eat better- Look at what you eat and make it better by added more water, fruits, and veggies. Look at how fat and carobs sneak their way into your daily meals and make it better. Don’t focus on the how much better, just make small adjustments that you can live with and you will be on your way to feeling, and aging like a super star.

4. Be Positive- I don’t care who you are, even if you are the nicest person in the world. If your thoughts are negative most of the time you will not age gracefully. You can feel a person’s energy, when you come in contact with someone that is flowing with positive energy, you feel it.

5. Be positive, by having positive thoughts and feelings running through your mind and spirit creates a glow around you and who wouldn’t want that.

6. Organize- If you spent most of your day in a messy clutter space you with feel it, maybe not consciously but definitely subconsciously. Clean and organize your space, make it a place where you can relax, feel good and enjoy being. Once it is clean and organized don’t stop there, look at what is in your space, is there things in it that make you feel good, like a few personal photos maybe something sentimental.

7. Smell the roses- Aroma therapy is something I just started to get into, now I am not talking about lighting a few candles, all though you could. I am talking about using essential oils or walk through a flower shop and smell the roses which won’t cost you a cent.

8. Envision- This is a lot like meditation, you sit in a quiet place and relax your mind. The difference is you focus on images and beliefs that reflex looking like a super star, of health and well being. Envisioning is a very power technique for anything you want to achieve or have in life.

9. Forgive- This goes hand and hand with being positive, you can’t be positive if you are holding on to the pain of the past. Forgiving is giving to you, not the person that hurt you. Let go of the emotional pain and feel free.

10. Balance yourself- There are so many different elements to your life. When you are out of balance you bring in stress and pain into your life. Take a moment right now and think about one thing in your life that you know is out of balance. There may be several things that pop up in your mind and if there is, choose the one thing that you think would bring you more happiness, if it was balance and work on that.

11. Listen to inspiration- If you want to be the super star of health than you are going to need Inspiration. Being inspired makes anything you want so much easier. Listen to inspiration at hay house radio, go to youtube and look up a spiritual guru or just google it. Inspiration is a click away. Be inspired every day to be the super star you really are.
