Dr. Landrum is a licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. She works as both a Cognitive/Behavioral counselor and a Life Coach, helping individuals toward balance in their lives.

Dr. Landrum was Born in South Carolina and grew up in Boston, Massachusetts. She moved to the Phoenix, Arizona area in 1978. She received her Nursing degree, Master of Counseling, and Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Arizona State University. Dr. Landrum is passionate about education and attends several major conferences every year. She became interested in Life Coaching when she discovered that many individuals who suffer from Anxiety and Panic disorders also suffer from Low Self-Esteem and/or Low Self-Efficacy.
