Stacy G. York is dually licensed as a Clinical Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Montana. Stacy is the co-owner of Head Quarters for Heart Change, a private practice that focuses primarily on children and family issues. Stacy received her undergraduate degree from Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana where she studied Psychology and Education. She went on to pursue her Master’s of Social Work from Walla Walla University at their Billings, Montana campus. Stacy continues her education and is pursuing a certification in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) from the Child Trauma Academy in Houston, Texas. The NMT model is a developmentally informed model designed and focused on treating people who have experienced childhood trauma and developmental insults. Stacy is also working towards certification in EMDR. Stacy works with people of all ages who have PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relational struggles, and issues with social skills.
