Robert is the founder of Robert Simic Coaching institute. His international success as a teacher is underpinned by his unique ability to unlock the potential of every student. He is a charismatic presenter that engages you with his heart as you grapple with the content.
His life story is an inspiration starting with humble beginnings. He was born in Belgrade, Serbia a politically challenged country. At age of 22 he left the country looking for greener pastures and spent most of his time doing manual labour all over the Europe – from washing cars in Greek islands to night shifts in Germany, until he decided to move to South Africa and explore his options there. He found a managerial job and made himself indispensable to the company he worked in. In this process though, he traded his entrepreneurial attitude for the certainty and secure sallary. The hope of a secure future was short lived when he was unexpectedly retrenched.
However, what seemed to be his worst nightmare turned into the wake-up call that began his quest for true empowerment. Robert confesses to having spent most of his life chasing security and significance until he discovered the gifts that come with being truly empowered human being. Once that knowledge was shared with others, Robert was deeply touched and inspired to help people breakthrough their perceived barriers and achieve their dreams.
In addition to his coaching and training, Robert has spent the last decade furthering his knowledge and skills under great minds such as the internationally best-selling authors Tony Robbins, Richard Bandler, Tad James, and Bob Proctor, all of whom have transformed the lives of millions through their books, seminars, courses and personal coaching. Robert is a seasoned trainer of NLP, Time Paradigm Techniques, Hypnosis, Mind Power and the Inductive Coaching methodology. He started this journey, initially under ABNLP (American Board of NLP), ABH (American Board of Hypnotherapy), TLTA (Time Line Therapy Association).
Prior to Robert Simic Coaching institute, Robert founded NLP Coaching and Evolved Coaching, both of which obtained global success. As Robert evolved so did the need to create a new kind of coaching institute and so Inductive Coaching was born – a place where he could once again push beyond the known boundaries and share his heart.
Having trained, coached and transformed 1000’s of people worldwide, Robert is perceived as a leader in the industry as he continues to explore new ways to enhance the lives of others. Robert currently lives in Johannesburg with his wife Biljana, his son Matea and his daughter Mia, which are the inspiration in his life.
