His specialty areas include:
1. Evaluating candidates for key positions AFTER they have been screened and vetted in terms of their skills, knowledge and experience. He looks deeply into character, values, insight and potential for future development. This is done without testing.
2. Teams that are having trouble performing effectively. If the team members are competent but are not getting along, or aren't getting the job done, or need to work together, he can fix them. The work is done on-site and its effectiveness is measured by the corporate P & L metrics.
3. Helping executive deal more effectively with their subordinates. This is done one-on-one with the manager in practical, not theoretical, terms. This typically involves developing in-depth understanding of WHY the subordinate has not responded to the manager's interventions previously and developing new strategies for change.
