Orpha Grass began as a salesperson in 1985 for Cheney Realtors in Durham, NH. After obtaining her broker’s license she became a partner in Gundalow Real Estate in Durham. This company became Century 21 Gundalow, where she continued as a partner and manager until the formation of Draper & Grass Real Estate. She is a licensed broker in NH and Maine.
Having been active in the residential real estate business for over 25 years, she has enjoyed the closure of many successful real estate transactions. Many of these have been the very rewarding honor of finding a first home for her clients. Orpha has sold real estate during all economic cycles. Her earlier profession as a Registered Nurse has given her the ability to care for and understand the needs of many people from different ethnic and financial backgrounds. She would be happy to assist you with the purchase or sale of real estate. She is a Partner in Draper & Grass Real Estate and a Broker in Maine and New Hampshire. She has extensive knowledge of the Oyster River School District, having raised two of her six kids in this district.
