I am a business consultant, coach, and hands-on alignment specialist for smart women who are starting ventures. I consult, write articles, and speak internationally, helping women get through the “yuk” of setting up a business so they can embrace entrepreneurship and do their work in the world.
I inspire and motivate with my get-it-done attitude, holistic perspective, warm presence, and my down-to-earth style.
I bring the wisdom of yoga, coaching, and practical business strategies to my client’s ventures as well as compassionate, intuitive, coaching to get past fears and limits in order to shine.
“Nona Jordan is a walking haven for busy women, especially those juggling the demands of caring for family and maintaining a career or business. If you need innovative strategies designed to make a complex life not just manageable, but truly enjoyable, Nona is the coach for you.” —Dr. Martha Beck
After ten years of corporate accounting and working for publicly traded companies in financial management, I left the workforce to get married, have children, and pursue work that was more meaningful and satisfying to me. As a long-time yogini and meditator, I became a certified yoga and meditation instructor to help people reduce stress, improve the quality of their lives, and connect with their natural inner resiliance and wisdom.
Through my own experience dealing with and processing frequent moves, illness, and trying to figure out “what to do when I grow up”, I was inspired to become a certified coach. Integrating my background in business, my long-time passion for yoga, and my coaching skills has brought me great joy, and, has helped create successful, happy ventures for my clients.
Currently, I live in Rome, Italy with my family. Erick, my husband, is an officer of the United States Air Force, serving as a military diplomat to Italy. We have one 5-year old daughter, Clara, who has celebrated each of her birthdays in a different country. Both my husband and I are self-proclaimed foodies and travel-lovers.
