Michelle graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage in 2003. Prior to her massage training, she studied flute performance and classical dance at the University of Wyoming where she suffered numerous injuries and a constantly sore back. She turned to a combination of massage therapy and yoga for relief. From these experiences, Michelle enjoys helping clients with similar challenges and offers creative solutions to help treat a wide variety of muscular issues.
Michelle specializes in helping people recover from sports related injuries and workplace injuries caused by repetitive motion and poor posture. A firm believer in everyday stretching, she can recommend specific stretches or exercises to assist in the recovery process.
