Mary Jane Mapes, founder of The Aligned Leader Institute, a management consulting and leadership development organization, has been helping individuals and organizations awaken potential and ignite performance for over twenty years. Working with thousands of people annually throughout the United States and Canada, she has helped thousands of organizations build employee morale and commitment, increase employee retention, generate more sales, develop customer loyalty, and achieve business goals. She is one of only three recipients to have been honored with the Charles Leadership Award from the National Speakers Association - Michigan Chapter for outstanding leadership.
Mary Jane is the author of the book, The Art of Fielding Questions with Finesse, numerous published articles on the subjects of leadership development, customer service, and interpersonal communication, audio/video learning albums, and a quarterly newsletter, The Aligned Leader Journal.
