Leo Krans has written a book about self improvement. For now, it is in Dutch only. Besides having a Dutch site, an English version has been started with new insights.
Leo Krans has figured things out by reading the experts, observing people, but most of all, finding his own way. Because of that, Leo Krans has grown himself. And because of that, he can write about higher levels of living by explaining the deeper laying problems. If you do not understand what your problem is, you cannot improve. Motivational talk can help for a while, but as long as the deeper source of problems is not clear, one needs pep talk forever.
All mental problems have a reason. There is a reason for being insecure, having low self esteem and for instance being aggressive.
Without complicated theories, Leo Krans can explain many things in simple ways. Only if one doesn't know, one needs theories for an attempt to understand.
Leo Krans has never done a psychology study. He is glad he has never done that. Because of that, he found his own way and he is not saying the same things as all others. For progress, we need a new approach.
If you give respect, you get respect. If not, walk away.
