Lana is a certified and Colorado licensed massage therapist with 12 years full time experience. Specializing in relaxation, stress reduction and pain relief, she uses a combination of neuromuscular therapy, medical massage and visualization techniques to guide her clients to higher state of health.

 

Lana started her massage career in Denver, West Highlands, with her first storefront massage therapy business Highland Massage Network. In her fourth year of business there, she and her family, including her husband, adult daughter and two granddaughters, felt a spiritual pull and made the decision to move to their favorite "special place" near Mesa Verde and start their second lives, in the country. They have never looked back.

 

Currently practicing in southwestern Colorado, just outside of Dolores, Colorado, she and her husband manage a small retreat on their property. She believes that balance and nature contribute to a wellness state and are the key to a life fully experienced and enjoyed.

 

Her business includes a very economically priced 3 bedroom retreat getaway, hot tub therapy, and on-site massage therapy, seven days a week, by appointment only. Incredibly pristeen and beautiful southwestern Colorado is a perfect backdrop to revitalizing and re-energizing.
