What is the Secret behind the Secret? How does the Law of Attaction Work? How do we Create the World We Experience? What is the Mind, Body, Spirit Connection? These are just some of the questions that are addressed within the process of Energy Psychology.

 

I have over 15 years of experience helping people and communities find the answers that work for them in transforming their lives into the The Lives They Want. We are usually really clear on what we do not want and very unclear on what we do want.

 

When I ask people what they want instead of what they are experienceing I generally get answers like: I do not know. I want to be happy, loved, accepted, sucsessful etc. My next questions are What do you mean by that? and How will you know when you have it? Most people who come to me are unable to answer these questions.

 

Energy  Psychology is a set of processes that address the Core Beliefs we have about ourselves and is a Teaching Process that puts skills and tools into our hands that allows us to respond the events in life effectively, putting us in control of our Emotional Responses to the challenges we all will face.

 

My job is to help people master the emotional responses to the events in their lives

Basic emotional responses are part of the problem. They are unable to create solutions. Most of our emotional responses are automatic and are triggered at the subconscious level. We learn at a very young age how to respond to our environment. If our environments are less than positive then our responses will be less than positive. It is really true “We live what we learn” We have all experienced events in which our reactions were over the top, often leaving us feeling shamed and guilty. Getting to the bottom of these responses and resolving them is the key to creating a life filled with happiness and healthy relationships.

 

I have over 15 years experience as a therapist, and 9 years as a Director of Social Development, providing direct program design services in Mental Health, Family and Child Development, Employment and Training, Assessment, Job Coaching, and Spiritual  programs.  I specialize in Hypnotherapy, TimeLine Therapy, Body Dynamics Emotional Release and Indigenous Archetype Psychology.

 

In the last community I worked in the team I lead took the community from 85% of the working population being on Social Assistance to 2 people on Social Assistance today. The therapy processes we initiated were the key to this result as well as on going mentoring.

 

In addition, I have presented at National conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of  Child and Family Development, Youth At Risk, Effective Assessment Tools, Designing and Implementing Community Social Support Programs as well as the role of Sprituality in Health and Healing . 

 

I walk in two worlds. One of the Mainstream Culture and the other the Indigenous Culture. These two World Views are very different from each other. I take the best healing processes from both worlds and incorporate them into practical and useable systems of healing that work for the people I work with. We all have answers to the problems and issues we experience, sometimes we just need a little help in finding them.

 

In the Indigenous world view Medicine means " THE POWER IN YOUR OWN HANDS" that allows us to Create our lives with Balance, Respect for All of Creation, and Love.
