Hi everybody, My name is John Stamford and I am a personal trainer and qualified nutritionist residing on the beautiful Gold Coast, Australia. My work consists of helping people to attain higher levels of health through proper diet and exercise. I believe that anybody can achieve the body that they desire, and this includes you! Sometimes, however, we just need a push in the right direction to get us started. Although I do provide services in the areas of bodybuilding and sports performance training, my true passion is actually weight loss, as I find that this is the area that causes people the most pain and frustration. This pain and frustration is however unnecessary and only arises because most people have a very limited knowledge of what is required to lose weight. That's what I want to change! I want you to understand that you and anybody else that you care about can lose weight if you are prepared to commit yourself and follow the advice of myself and others in my field. It's no different from learning to ride a bike, but once you have mastered these skills, your health (and your physique) will be in your hands.
