Joanne Vitali  is the 'Love Your Career' Coach'.  With over 20 years experience in coaching, business planning and corporate training, she has been through her own career struggles and knows Corporate America too.   She can help you figure out what you want to be when you grow up, as well as make the most of your current role.

She has done everything from working with senior managers to developing strategic plans to training the shuttle astronauts at NASA.  People select her to be their trusted, 3rd party opinion to help them navigate their career decisions.

 She holds a BS degree in Physics from Georgetown U. and an MBA, specializing in organizational development.  She also has extensive coursework in corporate coaching.  Her mission is to help people love their work.  She now uses her varied expertise as a consultant, seminar leader and coach in her business, Vitali Training & Coaching.
