Thank you for being curious as to what I have to offer.

 

I am married to my lovely wife Peggy and we live in Las Vegas, Nevada with our Golden Retreiver Riley.  In the future we have a dream to live at our properties in Southern Utah and Costa Rica. 

 

I have spent the greater part of my life involved in the construction services business; I actually started installing draperies, then becoming a carpenter and then obtaining a contractor license and began contracting first for a developer and then for my own clients.  After several years doing this I realized that I had a full understanding of the field operations but needed more from the business side.  I closed the construction business, enrolled at Arizona State University and graduated with a bachelor of science degree in construction management.  From there I worked for a number of firms across the United States building everything from water parks to office buildings.  Six years ago I had the opportunity to form my own construction company again and was quite successful.  We have won prestigous awards such as Best Office Park construction, Best Office Building, Best Inquibator Building, Best Tenant Improvement, Best Office Building Lobby, etc. and were nominated for Best General Contractor (all southern Nevada).

 

While I am still operating the construction company, and truly enjoy the construction business, another opportunity came my way that opened an amazing vista and created a real passion in my life.  It was my business background that enabled me to not only see the opportunity but seize it. 

 

My real estate background taught me Location, Location, Location; my business background taught me Timing, Timing, Timing.  My new venture has undeniable Timing in the market place.

 

My business education taught me that if I could hitch my wagon to a Second Market Mover, such as a WalMart or Ipod, the company could explode and could have near vertical critical mass movement.

 

My business background allowed me to understand that if there was a company that could take advantage of mega trends such as the Health and Wellness Trend, the Baby Boomer Trend and Second Market Mover Trend it could be magical.

 

My personal experience taught me that if there was a product that I could be involved with, that I could without question say it has changed my health for the better and give that testimony looking people in the eye, I could create Health and Wealth in not only my life but others as well.

 

My life experience taught me that if I could work with others, together we could help each other be successful.
