Carolyn Berry has been in the health and fitness industry for 12 years. Her experience started as a massage therapist where she began learning the fundamentals of massage in a Chiropractic office as well as the basics of patient care and business development. Falling in love with the business side of the office while keeping her passion for massage, Carolyn’s career path lead her to become a Spa Manager. During her 4 year career running a $100,000 revenue generating monthly spa, she learned retail sales, building customer retention, managing, marketing, and building a strong team where she won “Artistry Awards” for her Spa. She wrote SOP’s and the training materials for the company. After 3 years, Carolyn was promoted to General Manager of a publically traded Fitness Center. Her experience there continued where she developed leaderships skills, budget control, casting of team members, and controls of operations, café, personal training, and sales. Her experience Lead her to Visalus where she has created many documents and systems to increase the development of the field and customers. Carolyn created the “Wellness Mixer,” and many other documents for acquiring a customer. Her experience, professionalism, leadership, and knowledge of retail and health products have lead her into working one on one with clients as a health coach.
