Metaphysical Healer
I am first and foremost a metaphysical healer.
Needing to create well-ness in my own body gave me a unique insight into self-healing. My decision to use only holistic methods was forced upon me, as traditional allopathy failed to address any of my physical dis-ease.
Academic Achievement
My academic achievement came in mid-life, as I came from a generation of women who were not encouraged to think for themselves. I was expected to find a reasonable occupation until I married and produced children, and then would be deemed to have fulfilled my family obligations.
Never Enough!
For me, this was not enough!
Mid-Life Change
I made a momentous decision to widen my horizons. Building on an already extensive knowledge of Herbal Healing, which I had studied from age 15, I knew natural healing as a concept, but my research skills needed developing.
An English degree followed, which included a minor in Art History. This was how I honed my writing skills, but it also awakened a passion for research and criticism that has stayed with me.
Health Challenges
Out of my own health challenges came my study of body, mind and spirit medicine.
The Missing Key
A Louise L. Hay certification course came first, which led me to a Reiki Master/Teacher qualification. Chakra Healing, Energy Healing, Transactional Analysis and Distant Healing all followed in quick succession. There was, however, a missing key.
Crystal Meridian Therapy
Recently I found it. The unification tool that brings all the other modalities together. My own Crystal Meridian Therapy, which I now teach to all my clients, many of whom are able to utilise it in their own ongoing personal development.
The moment the slave resolves that he will no longer be a slave, his fetters fall, He frees himself and shows the way to others. Freedom and slavery are mental states.
Mahatma Gandhi
Hatred can be overcome only by love.
Mahatma Gandhi
The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.
Mahatma Gandhi
Those that know how to think need no teacher.

Every man is the builder of a temple called his body

The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation
Henry David Thoreau
We have all a better guide in ourselves, if we would attend to it, than any other person can be.
Jane Austen Mansfiels Park)
A bodily dis-ease which we look upon as a whole and entire within itself, may, after all, be but a symptom of some ailment in the spiritual.
Nathaniel Hawthorne
Any ideas, plan, or purpose may be placed in the mind through repetition of thought.
Napolean Hill
Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
Carl Sagan
When you are constantly moving forward, searching for the cutting edge, everyone behind you always believes you have gone too far.
David Icke
Some of my favourite quotations were written before political correctness, or the belief in the female brain. If these people were alive today, I believe they would have embraced the power of female thought, and believing this allows me to relish their words. I hope that you may be able to do the same.
