I help managers and executives to become exceptional managers of people, after having proven what I profess over 34 years of managing people.

I started out using the traditional top-down command and control approach to managing people, but eventually learned how to move to the opposite approach. I have made every error possible but was able to find superior fixes to each.

In the process, I personally developed, tested and proved every element of a superior strategy for managing people. This strategy is capable of producing 300% productivity gains by unleashing the full power of each employee's creativity, innovation, productivity, motivation and commitment.

Though that may sound too good to be true, I used these skills to effect four successful turnarounds, including a nuclear powered cruiser and a 1,300 person unionized group in New York City. These experiences gave me the background to be able to help executives and managers significantly increase the performance of their employees.
