Barry Wheelock embodies the pioneering spirit. His forefathers came to the Massachusetts just 7 years after the first settlers in Boston Having trained as a stockbroker, in the ‘60’s, he set up his own investment business, pioneering the use of a range of model portfolios for discretionary clients, using unit trusts (mutual funds) to manage portfolios internationally to mitigate risk. In 1995 he produced business briefings on countries, supplying airlines in-flight. The 9/11 terrorist attack caused decimation amongst airlines and his real encounters with serious and sustained stress started. Barry was born positive and had studied meditation and read Norman Vincent Peale’s ‘The Power of Positive Thinking’ and had always possessed a strong faith. He researched his film with a hospital and the Stress Management Society. Out of the financial ashes he used his love of nature to pioneer a spiritually beautiful product that helps individuals deal with many health issues. Bel Mooney, a famous British columnist for the Daily Mail, wrote “Barry has produced a film which should be owned by every hospital, care home and psychiatric unit in the land, and shown on a loop in the lobbies of businesses and in departure lounges.
