Bishop August S. Francis is a native New Orleanian but has been a Texan for more than twenty-five (25) years. The Lord saved him on the day before his eighteenth (18th) and called him to ministry and, although he still shy by nature, he functions because the Lord has mercy and gives him grace to minister the Gospel.
He has had the opportunity to minister and start churches in several states across the nation and operates in the office of the Apostle. He is on the board of several ministerial and educational organizations and is a seminary professor. He is the Texas coordinator of Interdenominational Evangelical Churches (Presiding Bishop Claude E. Tears, Chicago, IL), and the Director of Tell Them Fellowship and Network, a fellowship of ministers, pastors and churches, world wide.
Bishop Francis has one main purpose ... To Help People Become Everything That The LORD Wants Them To Be!
Dr. Francis is a resident of Beaumont Texas, married and has three children left at home. One of them has already followed him into ministry.
Join us on our weekly Tell Them Broadcast. This week will begin a series of messages on Psalm 23.

The Vision Of The House
Ezekiel 43:10-11; Habakkuk 2:2-3
By the word of the Lord and a confirmation of one of His Choice Servants, it has come to my attention the importance of sharing the vision of Tell them Outreach Fellowship and Network.
This ministry has, in its essence, been in existence since 1976. The foundation Scripture was, and is, Mark 5:19 with our eye on the entire Great Commission (Matthew 28; Mark 16; Acts 1).
Tell Them has a vision to bring the Body of Christ together to see the Lord's will be done. As we have seen over the years, the “church” has been taken over by false doctrines, motivational speakers, homosexual ministers, downplaying of Jesus as the Only Lord and Savior and a leaning toward “gain being godliness”. This has pushed many of us into a place of being unwanted and possibly rejected by fellowships, denominations and “friends”. The clanging of “celebrity speakers” tends to drown out the prophets of the Lord that have a word of warning and correction for the “church”. This has given birth to a “remnant church” that says that we need to hear what the Word of God is saying, let the Holy Spirit direct our lives and preach the full Gospel message to those who are lost, hurting and in bondage.
It is time for the Biblical Church, the Body of Christ, to stand up and be heard by those who are searching for the truth of the Word of God. We are part of that Body!
The Vision contains, but is not limited to the following:
Tell Them Outreach (Church) – Tell Them Outreach is a local church in Beaumont, Texas. Our ministry is to reach the lost (Matthew 28; Mark 16; Acts 1), restore those who have fallen (Galatians 6), train the Saints of God for ministry (Ephesians 4).
Tell Them Outreach Fellowship and Network – The Fellowship serves as a “gathering place” for those who wish to stand together in the overall vision of this ministry. We stand to pool resources, talents, gifts and finances to help others fulfill the calling that the Lord has placed upon their lives. Our desire is to provide ministry training, counsel, assistance in locating resources, connecting ministers and ministries, teaching sessions, convocations, seminars, recommendations of ministers, new church plants, etc.
We provide Ordination, Licensing, Confirmation of previous ordinations, Affiliation of ministries and elevation to various church offices (Overseer, Bishop, etc.).
The Network is designed to connect other Fellowships and Ministries to work together to minister the Word of God in Salvation and train the Saints of God in ministry.
We Do Not control ministries! We are a cooperative Fellowship of varied ministries. We Do Not require people to “surrender” their credentials from another organization, denomination or fellowship. We Do Not have fees, dues or any of the like. We Do Request that you see the need, hear the Lord and contribute to the Fellowship with your time, talents and financial gifts, according to your ability. The only time that we will step in is if we are invited to give our input or, if there are unscriptural practices in the ministry.
Remnant Church Bible Institute – RCBI is a “distance learning” institution of practical Biblical study. The design is to assist all of those who have a desire to move forward in Biblical, ministerial training to do so, without having to leave jobs or ministry, pay exorbitant fee, or change location. We have decided that NO student will be turned away due to financial circumstances, regardless of the fee schedule.
Vision Notes - We are not in “competition” to Any ministry. We desire to bring together those who want Bible results, by the Holy Spirit.
