I have always been health conscious and continued this interest into my graduate training. I also have been trained as a professional chef and learned business management from the trenches. I was introduced to a business venture where I could combine my interests in health, management and helping people. Through the years I also came to realize that trading time for money is not a very good business plan. Having your own business, yet doing it without the traditional headaches as employees, inventory, taxes, etc. I learned is the way to go. Reading Kiyosaki and other business building authors, I decided to make a change in my lifestyle so I could truly begin to enjoy life as it should be lived. I have bought into J. Paul Getty's line, "I rather have 1% of 100 people's time than 100% of my own". That is true leverage. That is how we work the business. Sound good to you??
