Washington: The United States took a waiting attitude and saw Monday to President Vladimir putin
for Russian forces to spread the Ukrainian separatist region, by saying that talks might be "until the tank roll."
President Joe Biden enacted sanctions on two Russian-supported areas in the East Ukrainian Donbass region.

But a senior US official refused to characterize whether Putin ordered Russian armed forces to do a "peacekeeper" there considered an invasion, thus triggered wider and more severe western sanctions against Moscow.

"We will assess what Russia does," the official told reporters, stressed that Russian forces had been deployed secretly in the separatist area for eight years.

"Russian troops who moved to Donbass would not be a new step," he said.

"We will continue to pursue diplomacy until the tank roll."

In a speech alleged the west of changing Ukraine to the anti-Russian fortress, Putin said he gave Donetsk's independence recognition and the enclaves Donetsk which was declared owned.

He then assigned Russia with the "peacekeeper" in this region, although there was no detail given about what was meant by the movement of the troops.

The Kremlin for weeks denied plans to attack Ukraine, while at the same time building the great power of troops and heavy weaponry on three sides of the country.

The United States and several Western allies warned that Russian's full invasion to Ukraine would request paralyzed economic sanctions.

Biden signed the executive command to "prohibit new investments, trade and financing by US people for, or in what is called the DNR and Ukrainian LNR regions," said White Jen PSAKI press secretary on Monday.

Orders will "authorize to impose sanctions on everyone who is determined to operate in the Ukrainian region," said PSAKI, adding that the steps apart from wider western sanctions ready to go "should Russia invade Ukraine."

Two Republicans are self-proclaimed already have very limited transactions with US citizens.

Make Russia 'Pariah'

US officials continue to warn that severe sanctions against Russia can be worn at any time.

State Secretary Antony Blinken slams Russia's recognition of separatist areas as a sign of Putin not interested in diplomacy.

Blinken said in a statement that recognized the independence area "directly contrary to the commitment claimed by Russia to diplomacy, and is a clear attack on the sovereignty of Ukraine."

"Russian decisions are another example of the alignment of President Putin who is striking for international law and norms," he said, adding a separate tweet that the United States "will take the right steps in coordination with partners."

On Friday, the representative of the US National Security Advisor for the International Economy, Daleep Singh, warned that a series of full sanctions in preparation would turn Russia to be "the pariah" international.

After Putin's speech, the White House said that Biden spoke by telephone with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for 35 minutes to "reaffirm" US commitment to the sovereignty of Ukraine. He also detailed the plan of sanctions.

Biden also spoke for half an hour with two European allies - French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, said an official. The three leaders "strongly condemned" Putin's decision and discussed how to coordinate their response.

The White House did not immediately respond to the question of whether there was still consideration given to the summit suggested between Biden and Putin.
