Meditation To and From Your Heart Path
By now, all who have been on a Spiritual path can probably say that they’ve been there and done that in one way or another. We’ve all heard so much about the beneficial effects of meditation; yet in truth what is it that these are meant to mean for us? Essentially, don’t we all really want to be in peace, feel happiness and live in love so that we can be the whole truth from our Heart Path. So then the question becomes, Is this the real reason for meditating? Is it to learn how to be who we already are? Is it to rediscover what we already know? Is it to tap into creative forces in order to solve our so- called problems? Is it to know happiness and love? Or is it simply the spiritual spiral that takes us to and from our heart path? Perhaps it may be all of the above.
Who You Are: The term ‘Inner Wisdom’ has been floating around the Self Help literature and used interchangeably with other Spiritual phrases that have become their own language in vogue. However, yes, your Inner Wisdom is who you truly are! It is your very own personal blueprint intended to lighten and open your Heart Path. You can access this Inner Wisdom through regular practice of meditation and also by a plethora of other mindful activities. In doing so, your meditation simultaneously becomes both the means to as well as the bridge from Your Heart Path. It contains that innate ability for you to grow stronger as you feel your experience aligned throughout the chakras within your system; that which is the network of subtle energy that communicates visa vise experience and impacts all intricacies of energetic functioning.
The health of all Chakra channels are essential for the Mind, Body, Spirit well -being; however, in my opinion the Heart and Crown Chakra are two that are spontaneously pronounced during an existentialist meditation practice. Since our spirit lives deep within our heart where we experience the truth of our Heart Path, it seems that it would naturally take precedence.
You Know What You Already Know: The gateway of cosmic energy is transmitted through the Crown Chakra, located as specified at the crown of the head. And, as you may have guessed, it is here where such energy between the divine and mundane meet, that when fully activated enhances your felt connection to cosmic vibration. It is this connection that allows you to let go and move freely by trusting your inner guidance. So in turn, when you’re willing to go that much deeper within yourself, you’ll experience greater connection with your emotional center and thereby experience those layers beneath the surface. When you begin to access these with self-compassion, you in turn can open up avenues for solving what may feel like your problems.
Creative Sources Solve Problems: Tapping into solutions only begins with tapping into the range of existential emotions we feel. Essentially, this means that we’ve all felt confused, tired or disheartened at times though perhaps didn’t always know why. It may be that we were unable to pinpoint the source despite our diligent efforts, only to find out that it was because unresolved feelings had an underground existence. With meditation and self-realization practice, these feelings must find their way to surface as valuable messengers that must be greeted, otherwise the cycle continues on.
Initially the messengers that represent those unwanted emotions, can cause you to feel less lovable, less capable, perhaps sad and/or attempt to challenge your self-worth in spite of a more reliable inner knowing. However, your healthy self acts to confront these feelings that oftentimes get played out as inner conflict. The reason this is important to recognize is so that you are prepared for a process that will probably make you feel worse before you eventually feel better.
Anyone who has experienced inner conflict knows the awful effects it may have; particularly, as its felt as immobilizing and de-energizing on the most basic level. So in effect, when these disparate Self -parts are at odds with one another, they act defensively preventing you from committing to/ and embracing your Heart Path. Only when your harmonious self-direction (achieved through integration and meditation) becomes one with your Heart Path will you then be able to live from the Inner Wisdom guiding your true self.
Humbly Honor Your Heart Path: The great thing about Mindfulness Meditation is that its a universal tool that can be used anywhere, anytime to reconnect you with your Heart Path. Clearing Your Heart Path is a natural process of individuation. It is you being you at your very purest and highest potential.
Your Heart Path is the energy body that discerns the subtlety of feelings that keep you aligned with divine experience.
All you have to do is Trust Yourself… It will Open Your Heart Path.
