Life Is Always Here and Now.

The truth of this title may sound like ordinary commonsense to most people; however, with this said you must deeply know that all you’re ever really promised is this moment here right now. Tomorrow is yet our anticipation of another Here and Now.

You may want to become centered in your body, clearly aware and then ask yourself what it is you feel now when you read this title? “Life Is Always Here and Now” You may want to pause for a moment and see what it’s like to name your feelings. Could it be that you may be feeling a sense of deep inner peace, contentment, feeling blessed, grateful and truly alive? Or may you instead be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, angry, or even disappointed in how life seems to be unfolding? As you willingly notice and engage in your true feelings, you may give yourself the opportunity to trace them back to the thoughts that have preceded and have also amplified them. You may want to ask yourself what you actually think, along with the patterns for how you think as well.

You may want to consider that largely your experience is based on your own interpretation, and then this reality now is based on your conscious choice about it. In effect, we all have an emotional set-point that comes from three main factors; namely, early life experience, our innate predisposition and the fundamental tenets of the empowerment principle that espouses all choice. As we take these three aforementioned bodies of knowledge we may still come to realize that in spite of it all Life still, Is Always Here and Now.

What might you do now before this very moment slips through your grasp, puff gone forever? I hope that this does not sound incredibly dramatic, although in many ways, in fact, it actually is. The truth is that once this moment in time is gone it is no longer yours to hold or promise. This moment has a unique existence embedded within the time and space of life’s rhythm so remember that it is your choice to use it well.

A proverb to consider that conveys the theme of this article is:

“People can be divided into three groups; those who make things happen, those who watch things happen, and those who wonder what happened. – Nicholas Murray Butler

You may reflect on the rhythm of life that continues onward with your participation and cooperation or not. As you continue to read on and anchor into this essence, you may summon your Sparkling Soul as it moves you as Spirit, as the moment guides your heartfelt energy. As your Sparkling Soul is always Here and Now, know what you want then notice, What Is for the highest good right now? It may look like whatever you choose that to be.

Could you imagine if we were all able to live only fully in this moment now, able to bring our complete awareness to the task at hand, and full-heartedly release the remnants of the past? We just might be living our best selves within the movements of life’s meaning. There is something to be said for that. Think About it! What’s Best That You Do Here and Now? I realize that I have always been someone who felt better with a working plan, at least of some kind, though in reality these very plans will be subject to change anyway. It is still true that there’s a magical inspiration by setting personal goals as directives for ourselves, though the lesson is that as we change and grow our goals must fit with and honor these changes.

You are right where you are right now based on all of your previous choices that you’ve at onetime made. This you already know. You are a being of vital energy that may manifest as creative expression at any given moment, this too you already know. Wherever you are right now does not matter because you have the gift of freedom to express meaning as necessary in any situation. Think About it! What’s Best That You Do Now?

Who knows better about this “now world” than anybody else? Children do. They know about now because that’s what their world is about. They show it by their genuine engagement and enlivened gestures of living life as it is in this moment. They have keen intuitive instincts that guide their Sparkling Soul into the heart of the moment. They also wear their heart on their sleeves, so to say. You know how they feel and they will surely tell you. What if we all remembered that we still have these same hearts as children? What if we all expressed our feelings in sincerity and didn’t squash them down, distort them, deny them or project them out in unhealthy ways. What would the “now world” be like?

So oftentimes we lose the chance of telling someone how we feel because we let the promise of now slip away. I know that we can all identify with this and that you already know what I’m talking about. We’ve all done this. We wrongly assume that we can tell that person at just another time, for whatever the reason may be, though that time may never come. Life circumstances change and also bear in mind that people may unexpectedly die. Although it may sound somewhat dramatic, it is a hard fact of life. Life is never a promise, thereby nothing is guaranteed.

What if we each took the moment now to tell someone that we care about what needs to be said, and perhaps it may also be wise to reconcile with them? When we are able to respectfully share with an open heart in the here and now, it becomes a pivotal healing that also clears the way for the future, now.
