Yes you do, and lot of us who try and start our own workout regime tend to fail due to not having an accurate goal setting plan. When you go to a gym sometimes it can be a little intimidating and figuring where to start can be very overwhelming. There are 7 mistakes I have found over my years of a my healthy journey that relate to exercise and fitness routines at the gym.

The First Mistake: Not Knowing What To Do

A lot of us will get to the gym and think we are doing the right exercise in the right order, but how many of us really know what we are doing. In fact I have noticed a lot of the time I will see people walking around confused at what to do next, and in the end not getting anything done at all.

The Second Mistake: Working Out Too Much

There is a boundary of working out too much and working out too little. Finding the happy medium is key when it comes to staying healthy with your workout routines. If fact I have the understanding that when you work out too much it can in fact reverse the fat loss gains and make it more difficult to reach your goals. It is like sprinting for 10 minutes straight, not going to happen, but jogging at a slower pace for 10 minuets is very doable. Don't over strain your body it is not healthy and can lead to over excursion issues.

The Third Mistake: The Start And Stop Effect

This is a big one, many people go and start up a exercise routine really pumped to get going and then what happens they loss interest, does this sound familiar. This has happened to me before. It is due to the lack of interest in the exercises you are doing, and the time you are doing them. If exercising and going to the gym conflicts with your everyday routine than starting and stopping will become a very frequent event when it comes to exercise. Be aware of this.

The Fourth Mistake: Being Impatient A Losing Faith

A lot of us want immediate results and think that we will never fit back in those old cloths again, well your wrong. If you give things a little time especially when it comes to reshaping your body it will pay off. Don't cut yourself short, sometimes we quite right before a great breakthrough happens. Don't let this happen to you.

The Fifth Mistake: Stale Workouts That Are Just Boring

Doing the same old routine can be very difficult in keeping us motivated to continue with the program. When you find a workout in magazine that tells you to do the same thing over and over again this is never going to get you anywhere. We as human being crave change and this is true with workouts as well. Changing things up will help you stick with it and get to your goal.

The Sixth Mistake: Lots Of Reps With Low Weight

These methods are very outdated and done help you at all. A lot of gymnast instructors teach to use light wight and many reps to keep within you fat burning zone, but in fact this does not to a thing for the longevity of your goals. It might work for a week and give you skewed results, but for long term you need to stick to proven exercises that actually provide results.

The Seventh Mistake: The Push Cannot Come From Within

You can tell yourself a million times to go to the gym and work out the 5 hours, but in the end motivating ourselves is much harder than having someone else push you. Being by yourself gives you to many excuses to quite and throw in the towel. There isn't anything better then someone else there motivating you to move forward.

If you avoid these 7 mistakes you can develop a great workout plan and reach your goals. Read each of these carefully as they will help you in your journey to a healthier you.
