Designing a coaching program that is simple, yet powerful and creates you 6 figures does not have to be hard. These tips will help you create fabulous value and focus on getting your clients results. I'm going to share with you some tips on creating a very high-leveraged, high income producing that model that will help you really get your business off the ground.
Please keep in mind, ultimately this is not how I want your business to look like, but what happens here is that it will help you create a great financial and success base to really leverage your business.
What I teach my clients is to base their business upon 4 different areas of income:
1.) is to fill up their 1-1 clients first a set amount of people, to leverage their business
2.) begin group or high end programs to leverage your time
3.) create self study program for semi-passive income to create money in your sleep
4.) Affiliate income: collaborate with others that compliment your services
For today, I want to give you tips on filling up your 1-1 coaching, consulting or healing business. One of the biggest changes I made in my business is going from working with my clients for 60 minutes each and every week, to meeting with them 30 minutes every other week. More is not always better. I found that I was overwhelming my clients and they needed time to implement in between our sessions together.
This change alone freed up my schedule immensely. Having 7-10 one-one clients is about my max, so let's go ahead and look at working with 10 high-end clients a month. I work with people on 2 levels: either 6 months, which I call Platinum, or 12 months, which I called Elite.
Here is a huge golden nugget for you: Instead of taking these 10 clients any time of the week, on any day, I actually batch them together. I'm a big stickler on this. I try to take all of my clients on one day. When you only work 4 days a week, this makes a huge difference. This allows me Monday's to write, Tuesday to do Breakthrough Sessions and Thursday to conduct interviews. It really makes for a nice work week.
Another golden nugget is this: Something that is very helpful to your clients is having some modules or information they can work on in between the sessions.
You can very easily create a 6 figure business with just 10 clients. I went through a big change in my mindset however, that I didn't feel like I was helping enough people. I must say, that those 10 people went out and helped thousands, so my vibration on an energetic level ended up helping thousands, but it was really important to me to help even more.
I think sometimes we just overcomplicate things. Many of you can have thriving businesses right now. It doesn't take an army, it only takes 1. That's it.
Something else that I found helped empower my Platinum and Elite clients was offering a group Q&A or mastermind-type session once a quarter. It helps them feel more connected. Facebook groups will also help your clients stay connected.
If you don't want to offer a specific number of coaching sessions each month, you could do a set number they could use and book as they need it. This is really awesome for your clients to get access as they need it versus just because it's on the calendar.
One warning here is that sometimes clients can get into the "doing" mode and don't book their session with you. Don't let too much time go in between your sessions. It's too easy to say I'm busy, or think you just don't need it right now. Your clients won't feel the value of your coaching if you allow this to happen. Many times when we think we don't need coaching is really when we do. So you can do I this way, just don't let too much go on in between.
A powerful tip to really help your clients get on the fast track to success is to do some type of kickstart call or VIP Day for concentrated transform right away. What I do is focus on one specific transformation, or offer some constructive things they can do to get into action right away.
Keep in mind that your high end programs don't need to be 1-1 training, they can be mastermind groups. So if you have a group of people to work with, a list of like-minded clients and prefer working with the group connection, you can create high level masterminds. Keep your groups to about 5, usually 1 person won't show up, and 4 is truly the perfect number to work with in groups like this. You can't coach this same interaction, the group setting usually allows for the members to help each other and cultivate an energy that you can't provide on your own.
Something else I enjoy working into my Platinum and Elite packages is emergency access. You must set some boundaries here otherwise there is always someone who will overstep them because, mainly, they just don't know. So what I offer is a set amount of 15 emergency calls that may be used in between sessions if needed. They also can email me, Mon-Thurs, and I say to allow me 48 hours to get back with (or longer if I'm traveling.)
Another thing to offer your clients either when they first sign up with you, is a "Welcome Kit"or perhaps an "Inspiration Kit" which is fun for a little extra boost after they've been working with you for a little bit say the 4th or 5th month.
These are just some fun things to include and for you to think about when your planning your own Platinum and Elite programs. Ask yourself, "What would I like to have included in this program?" and write that down. You don't need to overwhelm and overload your programs, but give incredible value and make sure your clients feel super special. Have fun with this and get a little creative.
