One child is a genuine composer, the other is one of the most beautiful pieces of art and other needs another move. But you need to improve your children’s activity. These 11 tips can stimulate your child's creativity, and perhaps even of yourself.
1. Help your child
See what classes and courses are given nearby and where you can buy or rent materials. Cardboard boxes, toilet rolls, and other recycled materials are free and great to build a fort!
2. To attempt
Trying is learning and knowing. It's logical that your child is not yet familiar with what he/she likes, so it is important to try out various things.
3. Be active
Play an active and involved role, as this can increase your child's interest. In addition, they often find enough parents in school at school (Yes yes, hands out of the sleeves!).
4. Include other children
Sometimes it's difficult for your child to take on an activity. Therefore, ask other children so that they can work together in class. Bonus: also takes you back and bring.
5. Get on the way
Do business with your child or with the whole family. For example, catch catches or visit a museum. Not unimportant: ask for your child's opinion. What does he/she think?
6. Show interest
In addition to showing interest, it is especially important that you give your child compliments. If you come home with a piece of art, look at it carefully. Choose a nice place to put it down.
7. Teach your child to handle materials
Teach your child how to deal with his instrument, costume, dance shoes or gadgets. If your child love smartphones, let them add some creative apps and fun games for joy. If he/she take loves cartoon characters, ask him to make avatars online. He will definitely enjoy sketching new characters.
8. Keep stimulating
Stimulation is required, so do not push! Everyone sometimes has a period in which it goes a little less, just like your child. Give extra attention at those moments. For example, listen to music or view previously created artwork.
9. Leave your child free
The fairer, the more creative. So do not judge and do not send your child in certain directions. Provide them enough space to solve puzzles in their own way.
10. Apply structure
Make time and space to be busy with the activity. Set a time or create a schedule. That's how your child sees what hours he does not have to practice, that's fun!
11. Go to performances
Visit your child's performances and bring the family. Be positive and do not criticize, because that's not your job.
