B: Blessing your health and the health of your loved ones and all humanity is one of the best things you can do. Not only will you feel better doing this, you will make a positive contribution to your well-being and those around you.
L: Lazing away the weekend is well-deserved downtime to rejuvenate for the week ahead.
E: Early to bed and early to rise is some of the best health advice you can live by. Adequate rest and sleep has a positive impact on your health, while inadequate sleep has a detrimental effect. Honor your mind and body by giving it all the sleep it needs.
S: Softly does it, so softly treasure the moments of every day but in a soft, calm, contented way. Contentment is conducive to good health.
S: Spend quiet time with your own most positive thoughts periodically throughout the day. Healthy thoughts ensure better mental health.
Y: Your life has a lot of goodness and value in it. Feel the warmth that these thoughts bring you.
O: Our health should be treated as an important possession. Treat whatever health you have at the moment as a blessing and work to maintain it and improve it. Your health is worth working for, so aim to be in the pink of health, glowing from head to foot.

WEALTH
B: Bountiful wealth is ours in so many ways. If you are healthy then you are wealthy, because health is wealth according to an age-old adage. Think about it, if you are healthy then you can work and you can enjoy life. So health must be wealth.
L: Life is filled with many blessings and can come to you in great abundance, but first get into the habit of lovingly tasting each moment. Lovingly treat these moments as treasure aka wealth and do this as much as possible.
E: Experience is a form of wealth. We talk about a wealth of experience. So build experience, because your experience is part of your wealth and is a resource ready to be used when you need it. Make your experience as valuable as possible.
S: Sacred you are and so is everything you possess. All you are and all your possess is your wealth, your inheritance and your legacy.
S: Special qualities abide in you and are the wealth that you provide to the world. Just as you receive wealth, you give your special contributions to the world.
Y: Your definition of wealth is what matters. Feeling wealthy is what it is all about. You are wealthy if you have reasonable health, a circle of friends, people you say are family, food on the table and a place to sleep. Cheers, you are really rich.
O: Opulent riches are worth aiming for, but if you find joy in the ordinary moments, life can be beautifully rich and fulfilling.
U: Untapped wealth is one of the great opportunities of this world. Look for untapped opportunities and leads and you may tap into a vein of great wealth.
SUCCESS
B: Building success can be one of the most satisfying things you can do. Build from the ground up something worthwhile and wholesome.
L: Labor is a necessary prerequisite for life. We have to labor to achieve anything. So labor upon something that you find worthwhile. If you love what you labor upon then it will not seem like labor.
E: Enjoy positive, meaningful success by appreciating and treasuring every small success.
S: Small success should be used as motivation to create more success. Treat small success as a stepping stone to greater success.
S: Success is not a secret. It is a choice that is made over and over again.
Y: You generate and accept success by being positive and innovative whether times are good or challenging. You accept success by being who you are and by contributing what you can. With every thought, word and deed, choose to accept success.
